昨年の出来事ですが、とある地方銀行のA銀行から住宅ローンの借換えの提案があったんです。
10年以上前に契約をしっぱなしだったので今ならかなり金利が下がるとのこと。実際にかなり下がる。
8月上旬、私はその提案を飲み、借り換えをする手続きまでは順調にいったんです。
2週程度だったと記憶をしております。
現在借りている地元の銀行、B銀行に借り換え申請を出すべく日にちを8月29日に段取りをし、当日はA銀行の行員も同行するとのこと。
どうやらお客を逃したくなのであの手この手で引き止めるだろうから、同行するのだとか。
その時は「そんなものなのかぁ」なんてのんきに思ってました。
