ヤカンとは湯が沸かせれば何でもいいのではと思っていたんですが、実際に使ってみると今までのヤカンとはずいぶんと違う。
うちのかみさんが柳宗理のヤカンにこだわった訳が何となく分かった気がしました。
うちは毎日家族分のお茶をヤカンで沸かし、ヤカンごと冷蔵庫に入れて冷やすんです。
横着モノの家族はみなそれぞれダイレクトにヤカンからコップに注ぐ訳ですが、まぁ5回に1回ぐらいはちょっとこぼしたりするわけです。
これまでのヤカンでは持ち手の安定性が悪く、両手を使わないと注ぐときにグラグラするんですね。
面倒だからと片手でちょっと注ぐと、案の定こぼしたりするんです。
